No. CB is available to members and nonmembers. CB Preferred simply provides additional benefits for homeowners who want an ongoing property-care relationship.
ARE PROPERTY SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE MEMBERSHIP?
No. Individual services are priced separately. Membership provides CB Preferred benefits, coordination and the annual eligible service credit.
